Terms and conditions

All bookings are subject to our terms and conditions. By placing a booking you acknowledge reading and agreeing to our terms and conditions. When you book or purchase a product or have a service from us, you are signifying your agreement to these terms and conditions 

We reserve the right to modify, cancel or append to these terms and conditions.

The current terms and conditions are available at the point of booking. On renewal of bookings or purchase of any service, the most recent terms and conditions shall apply.

Booking online requires a £10 deposit which can be paid via card or paypal. this payment is to secure your booking and will be deducted from your final bill. if you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment your deposit will NOT be refunded, outside this time frame we will issue your deposit minus transaction fess. you will not receive your full £10 back in this case

In order for us to remain efficient in our operations, we respectfully ask that you adhere to our cancellation policy. We kindly ask that you are prompt at your appointment time in order for us to provide you with the full services as booked and delivered to our usual high standards.

We respectfully require a minimum notice of 48 hours from your appointment time for any changes or cancellations. Cancellations less then 12 hours are subject to full service charge for the scheduled work. missed appointments and no shows will be invoiced in full at the agreed, booked, service charge.

All service charges will be invoiced directly. If you have booked online, your deposit will be deducted from your final bill which is to be paid on completion of booked service. If you have not booked online the full service charge must be paid on completion of the booked service. 

Before commencing any work Precision Detailing staff will make every effort to highlight and document areas of concern, pre-existing damage or weakness, we reserve the right to cancel the service if we believe the task ahead is unsafe and may cause damage to the vehicle. whilst its not always possible to highlight every issue it is also the owners responsibility to address any concerns they might have at the time of quotation.

Precision Detailing may take photographic evidence of the services carried out, we may also use these images for marketing purposes. Precision Detailing will own the right to these images and will ensure there are no persons present or any indications of the address or number plate visible.   

Precision detailing are insured through Coversure Swindon. public liability (£1m), products liability (£1m), service indemnity (£1m) and damage to vehicles worked upon (50k). rest assured your vehicle is in safe hands.

Any damages must be discovered and reported to Precision Detailing via email within 12 hours of completion of service. the company will have 60 days to correct the damage either by itself or an independent contractor or through our insurance company.

Precision detailing is not responsible for pre existing damage, or not responsible for damage caused due to poor historic repairs.

Please allow access to a working outside tap and one functioning electrical socket.
